1、 Composition

1. Hydrocarbons, hydrophobic particles, and dispersants.

2. Oil based defoamer.

3、 Application Fields

1. Designed for defoaming various inks, coatings, and paints.

2. Specially suitable for rapid defoaming and defoaming of acrylic, epoxy, polyester, polyurethane, and polyethylene systems.

4、 Usage suggestions

1. When adding water-based ink in the later stage, it is advisable to keep the temperature at room temperature or no higher than 40 degrees Celsius. Excessive temperature can cause shrinkage. At the same time, avoid high-speed shear dispersion.

2. Before use, it is necessary to thoroughly stir to prevent problems such as shrinkage, lack of defoaming effect, and floating surface caused by long-term oil-water separation.

3. According to different foaming systems, the dosage should be 0.05-0.5% of the total weight of the material.
